A Business Welcome Starts Before the Office Door

JMI Group’s upcoming open house is a timely reminder to plan the visitor’s whole arrival, especially when flights and meetings share the day.

A New Invitation on St. George Boulevard

JMI Group has an open house and ribbon cutting listed with the St. George Area Chamber of Commerce for October 29, 2026. The announced location is 335 E St. George Boulevard, Suite 301. The invitation gives people a chance to meet the team. For anyone hosting out-of-town colleagues around an occasion like this, the welcome begins well before they reach the office.

Think about the visitor arriving with a suitcase, a meeting on the calendar and a phone full of directions. A clear pickup plan can remove a few decisions from that day. It gives the host something useful to send alongside the invitation: where to meet, who to contact and what the first stop will be.

Let the First Stop Fit the Guest

Start with the arrival airport and flight, then ask whether the guest needs a hotel stop before joining you. St. George Regional and Las Vegas arrivals call for different travel plans; don’t build the office schedule around an assumed transfer time. Share the actual flight and destination when requesting transportation, and discuss the travel window before promising an arrival.

Luggage, the number of travelers and any mobility requirements belong in that first conversation. So does the exact office entrance. A suite number is useful once someone is inside, but it doesn’t identify a suitable curbside meeting point. Confirm the entrance and permitted pickup location with the host rather than leaving the traveler to work it out on arrival.

Give the Return the Same Attention

An open house may be followed by another appointment, dinner or a hotel return. Put those stops in the request even if their timing is still provisional. Say which parts are fixed and which need discussion. Waiting time, extra stops and the return arrangement should be understood before a booking is confirmed.

St George Black Car Services welcomes inquiries for considered airport and business travel in Southern Utah. Send us the visit as a whole and we can discuss an appropriate plan and quote. This is an independent planning idea inspired by JMI Group’s public invitation; no transportation arrangement or relationship with the business is implied.
