A private-flight transfer begins with the airport identifier, tail number and handling facility. At an airport with several FBOs, those details determine where your party will emerge and whom to contact. Add the expected arrival, date and final ground destination, with a passenger or assistant who can be reached.

Our focus is the luxury ground transfer. Flight booking, aircraft operations and aviation handling are separate arrangements.

For Passengers, Assistants and Flight Coordinators

If you are arranging travel for someone else, provide the passenger’s preferred contact and your own role. Identify who approves itinerary changes and whether the guest wants direct communication or coordination through the assistant. Keep meeting instructions and the destination in the same plan.

Share bags, special equipment and any need for assistance before selecting the vehicle. A polished arrival depends on practical fit as much as appearance.

Landside Meetings and Authorized Access

The normal meeting plan is confirmed with the handling facility. A photograph beside an aircraft is not a promise of ramp-side pickup. Any airside access requires the appropriate authorization and must be expressly confirmed for that movement.

For SGU, LAS, HND, VGT, CDC, PGA and other regional fields, identify the actual facility instead of relying on a city name. Use the private-flight airport directory to begin the conversation.

When the Flight Changes

Agree on how a revised ETA, diversion or cancellation should be communicated, who is responsible for sending the update and what waiting terms apply. Provide the new airport or FBO if it changes; the ground destination alone does not resolve a diversion.

Your service confirmation should identify the vehicle and pickup arrangement, service window, total price and applicable terms. Do not assume an itinerary change or a requested model is confirmed until the team has acknowledged it.

Northern Nevada and Southern Utah Requests

Southern Utah and northern Nevada are distinct operating regions. For Reno-Tahoe, Reno-Stead, Carson City, Minden-Tahoe or another northern Nevada field, send the airport, local ground route and travel date for advance review. Inclusion in the directory is a planning reference, not a claim of a staffed local branch or automatic coverage.

A privately owned or restricted field also needs the owner or operator’s permission and exact ground access instructions. We confirm the service arrangement for the actual request.
